The 2nd witness for the prosecution, Dr. Jeremy Faust, will complete his cross examination. Then the 3 patients I treated for COVID, whose care is at issue, will testify. If there is still time, Dr. Harvey Risch will testify as my first expert witness.
Unlike Dr. Faust, a self-trained and self-designated expert in epidemiology with no credentials in the subject, Dr. Risch has a PhD in epidemiology as well as an MD and was a professor of epidemiology at Yale School of Public Health until his recent retirement.
