How popular are the world’s leaders in their home countries?

When many nations have the ability to call snap elections, why are their highly unpopular leaders still in office? Do they all belong to the same Uniparty? It is looking like the answer is yes.

I don’t know where all these numbers come from, but nonetheless they do appear to be generally correct. Note that the leaders of France, the UK and Germany are 3 of the 4 least popular.
