Desperately seeking something to be happy about in 2026, my Substack just achieved 100,000 followers

And after beating down my subscriber numbers from Nov 1 to Dec 1, Substack is now allowing them to slowly climb back up.

3 month subscriber tally:

1 year subscriber tally: No net growth for about 3 months, while the followers kept increasing
