A woman giving birth in America now is more likely to die than a woman giving birth in China/WaPo
What is the tag line? Don’t be poor in America. Healthcare is simply too expensive for a sizable number of Americans to afford, so they go without. And this is the result. True, there are more high-risk pregnancies in the US than there used to be, but that is equally true for other developed countries….
Chicago caves, unwilling to fire predominantly black teachers and police officers/WTTW
https://news.wttw.com/2021/10/13/unvaccinated-chicago-teachers-can-keep-working-if-they-agree-weekly-covid-19-testing With an impending COVID-19 vaccination deadline for employees, unvaccinated Chicago Public Schools teachers and staffers will be able to opt for weekly testing and continue working after this week. Measles Risk to Most Immunocompromised Highly Exaggerated
While the supposed justification for imposing vaccine mandates throughout the United States is to protect the immunocompromised, the actual justification is to protect Pharma profits and then to increase the number of government-recommended vaccines, for which pharmaceutical companies face no liability for injuries. Pharma’s plan is to greatly expand vaccine sales, from $38 Billion in 2018…
FDA makes it very difficult to identify the temporary members who voted at its recent VRBPAC meeting on 5-11 year old COVID vaccines. I want to make it easier for others to correctly identify their conflicts of interest
Below are the permanent members of the committee–but most were not at the meeting, which was stuffed with 11 temporary members whose votes were assured, plus 7 or 8 of the permanent members. I have put a line through those who did not attend, and added the temporary members who replaced them at the bottom…
NEJM: COVID booster significantly delays end of infection
By the way, you need to look at the graphics in the NEJM article to see the difference in duration of infectivity between the vaxxed, boosted and unvaxxed. The fact this is getting into the NEJM is astonishing. Is the system now going to try and normalize all the problems with the vaccine? Good luck…
Lancet vs. Wakefield

However, the Lancet took a cheap shot last week, when it retracted a paper on autism by Wakefield et al. immediately following a ruling by the UK’s General Medical Counsel. The Lancet has been embroiled in controversy (and repeatedly tried to extract…

I'm just speculating, but….
The fact that the judges cancelled oral arguments and just ruled against the teachers based on the briefs, would indicate that their minds were already made up. This particular judicial panel is not inclined to oppose the Covid mandates, period.
As Reiner Fuellmich has made clear, much of the judiciary in many countries have been bought off or otherwise corrupted. This is probably true here in the U.S. In short, while it is worth trying for legal remedies, we cannot depend only on the judiciary to fight against Covid restrictions.
