I do not have the background on this, but Rand Paul said that Kentucky’s governor had defied the legislature on the lockdown issue.  A Kentucky business brought suit against the Governor for the continued lockdown, and won. The judge ordered that the lockdowns would end at 5 pm Thursday, June 10.  We’ll see what happens….
