COVID vaccine EUAs are finally gone.

Actually, the Biden administration issued an unjustified LICENSE for the COVID vaccine on Aug. 223, 2021 in order to impose the broad mandates, fearing they could not impose mandates legally under an EUA. Two top FDA officials were fired because they refused to approve the license without at least going through their usual processes: Marion Gruber and her deputy, Philip Krause. And Marion put it all in writing, in a memo to the acting FDA Commission, the crook Janet Woodcock.

COVID vaccines remain on the childhood schedule, albeit with provisos. I think they need to be removed from the childhood schedule completely, and then the liability shield for the manufacturers will go away. Checking on this. Vaccines placed on the childhood schedule will get liability protection for the mfrs after a 75 cent excise tax is placed on each dose, and an announcement issued in the Federal Register. IF that has already been accomplished for the licensed COVID vaccines, then they will fall under the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program and are still awarded liability protection. Those that were under EUA and are unlicensed will have lost their liability protection.

Here’s another important point. I once got into huge fight with my hospital dietician because I gave a diabetic patient a very low carbohydrate diet to follow. She would not allow it!!! She thought diet was her purview, not the purview of mere physicians. Even though I was curing diabetes with these diets, they were not approved by the American Diabetes Association or her dietician guild. Clearly both doctors and dietitians need to be retrained—we could cure so many things without drugs… but isn’t that why doctors are not taught about diet?
