The only school district in the US to require public school covid vaccinations just caved. Muriel Bowser’s Washington DC stunt has imploded
The criminal imposition of mandates to force children to get COVID vaccinations was floated in many school districts, especially those on the woke west coast. The reason I say it is criminal is because neither the manufacturers nor the USG are willing to risk being held liable for injuries. So they have made none of the “licensed” vaccine available, and so while the vaccines are technically licensed for kids 12 and up, it is not possible to procure the licensed product. So instead kids (and adults) are being injected with the EUA product, which is shielded from virtually all liability. One hopes fraud will pierce the liability shield, but so far there has not been a single case in which this has happened.
Schools on the west coast that imposed these mandates either withdrew them in the face of legal challenge (LAUSD challenged by the Health Freedom Defense Fund) or announced a year’s postponement last spring.
But that did not stop tough girl Muriel Bowser, DC’s mayor, from threatening to kick kids out of school as recently as yesterday if they weren’t vaccinated. (See below). She also brought us vaccines for 11 year olds without parental permission. Where is this sister getting her advice?
Anyway, maybe she did not like the headline below. Maybe she was scared of the lawsuits. Maybe she just found out the vaccine program was experimental. Maybe 40% of teens expelled from school did not seem like a winning slogan for her next election.
Whatever it was, yesterday she flipped. The vaccine mandate to attend public school was postponed till January. Maybe by then she will have been recalled. We can only hope.
DC public schools push back student immunization deadlines
D.C. public schools are pushing back enforcement
deadlines for students who fail to receive their required vaccinations,
including against COVID-19.
According to the new attendance guidelines issued Friday, students
age 12 or older will have until Jan. 3, 2023, to have received all the
needed doses of a COVID vaccine before facing exclusion from school.
Children in pre-K through fifth grade have until Oct. 11 to complete
all their routine pediatric immunizations, while students in sixth
through 12th grade have until Nov. 4.
Paul Kihn, the District’s deputy mayor for education, told local school officials in a letter
that the staggered approach to enforcement is meant to reduce the
number of students who can be excluded from schools at any given time.
Families will be sent notices of noncompliance between one and two months before exclusion, depending on grade level.

“We have heard from many of you about the challenges of tracking
enforcement for COVID-19 vaccinations, particularly given the layered
70-day implementation window since the vaccine for 12 to 15-year-old
youth was fully approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in
July,” Kihn wrote.
“We hope that the Jan. 3, 2023, date for first exclusions of
noncompliant students will give schools and LEAs additional time to
prepare and for students to get their COVID-19 vaccinations.”
D.C. Public Schools requires immunization against COVID-19 for school enrollment and attendance from all students of an age where a COVID vaccine has received full FDA approval.
Although COVID vaccines are now available for children older than 6
months through an emergency use authorization, the FDA has only granted
full approval for children ages 12 and older as of late August.
In a press briefing, Kihn said the decision gives families with
students age 12 and up more time to seek COVID vaccines, with the FDA’s
full approval coming just weeks before classes start. Kihn also said
schools will make use of the extra time to get their own records in
order.
“We are working hard to ensure we’ve got accurate COVID-19
vaccination uploaded in all of our systems,” Kihn said. “Because it’s a
newer vaccination, it requires a little more time and operational effort
to do that. We want to make sure we’re only excluding students based on
accurate information.”
State superintendent of education Christina Grant backed the updated approach.
“We think a family’s primary care provider is the best place for
students to receive their annual well-child visit and their
immunizations,” Grant said. “We think it’s critically important to
ensure that we keep our schools safe open, and that we prevent any
emergence of diseases that have proven to be eradicated across the
country and in the District.”

I hope it’s not true. But more and more, it looks like this pandemic (or the next) is being pushed on the public to provide the excuse to give us repeat vaccines. And the repeat vaccines are required (with short expiration dates) to give the state the ability to inject us, frequently. What might be…
The validity and quality of research underpin the entire research enterprise worldwide. However, a number of studies have shown that many researchers take “shortcuts” and that perhaps 1-3% of research is grossly false, fitting into the category of research misconduct. Research misconduct has been defined in US federal law as fabrication, plagiarism and/or falsification. Identified…
While the world waits for UK Attorney General Dominic Grieve to decide whether to hold an inquest into Dr. Kelly’s death, accruing information makes the suicide theory less and less tenable. A helicopter, hired by Thames Valley police, landed at the scene 90 minutes after Kelly’s body was discovered, stayed 5 minutes, then left. Another…
Eight of the authors are CDC employees. One author is Grace Lee, the chairperson of the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), whose committee is asked to approve the rollout of all vaccines. I guess she gets research money in return. Other ACIP members also coauthor similar bogus research articles in CDC’s self-published, non…
You probably recall that nearly a year ago an FDA advisory committee voted almost unanimously not to license the new drug Aduhelm for Alzheimer’s dementia. Then FDA, with Janet Woodcock at its helm, gave the drug a license anyway. The data showed the drug was not helpful and probably harmful. Three members of the committee…
