https://www.salon.com/2020/04/24/did-this-virus-come-from-a-lab-maybe-not–but-it-exposes-the-threat-of-a-biowarfare-arms-race/ Dangerous pathogens are captured in the wild and made deadlier in government biowarfare labs. Did that happen here? SAM HUSSEINI There has been no scientific finding that the novel coronavirus was bioengineered, but its origins are not entirely clear. Deadly pathogens discovered in the wild are sometimes studied in labs — and sometimes made more dangerous. That possibility,…

The paper representing Maryland’s second largest city is featuring two articles (here and here) skeptical of Ivins’ role in the anthrax letters. It also created a site for readers to vote whether they believe Ivins was responsible for the anthrax attacks, or not. Right now, only 27% think Ivins was the perpetrator. And now that…
Smallpox, money pox, and the vaccines they will try to frighten you into receiving The WHO released a clever statement to introduce the idea of mass money pox vaccination to the public: The World Health Organization (WHO) maintains that the growing monkeypox outbreak remains “containable,” and that there’s no immediate need for mass vaccination against the…

Proposed bill says: [II. Licensed pharmacists following standing orders may dispense ivermectin to persons in this state without a prior prescription. Pharmacies may charge a fee for consultation with the patient.]
Dr. Nass, please correct if I am wrong. . . Standing Order in this matter means that if an MD or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse provides to [issues] a particular pharmacy, or a pharmacy chain, a Standing Order to dispense Ivermecting; then: pharmacist "may dispense" it without a prescription.
Is this accurate? and isn't this, a Standing Order, what allows pharmacies to, say, inject the covid shots? and vaccines?
In other words, it is a general order to a pharmacy, viz. a particular drug, in this case, IVT, yes?
Thanks,
Jim

my understanding is that a state health official who can prescribe will issue a statewide standing order, as is done for Narcan, allowing pharmacies to dispense the drug without a prescription written speciically for that individual. Vaccine programs may be conducted under a similar umbrella authority in some places.
However, the bill ran into some trouble today. But it only requires a majority vote in the Senate.
