While this article claims that 80% of the District’s 12-17 year olds are already vaccinated, I don’t believe it. Washington D. C. is majority black, which is the least vaccinated demographic in the US, probably because they don’t trust the government to tell the truth to them. They recall Tuskegee. Good for them.
