California dangled $350 million to increase vaccinations in its unvaxxed medicaid population on Aug. 6, 2021–right after Walensky admitted it didn’t stop transmission

$250 million for providers and $100 million for the patients. And it could be added to another CalVaxGrant of up to $55,000 to “help physician practices vaccinate their communities against COVID-19.” Half of the $350 million came from the state’s general fund, half from the feds.
“Funding will incentivize outreach programs and activities by MCPs and their providers, particularly primary care providers and pharmacies, as well as engage with trusted community organizations, such as food banks, advocacy groups, and faith based organizations…”
“After an initial payment for start-up costs, additional MCP payments will be conditional upon meeting specific vaccination goals.”
In other words, we are hiding some of the program’s requirements until later. And the method for calculating what you will receive is exceedingly complicated.
